“Fingered by words and sounds, merma suelo is a multifaceted poet from Mexico based in Berlin. They travel between layers to listen and transform the living relational dynamics with and within her. For this, they focus on practices like ritual, divination, romance, sound, and music. merma creates sonic processes ranging from spoken word to boleros, rancheras, ambient and noise, aiming to share magic and questions, while allowing space for improvisation, so that something new may come.
She released an album with the Ecuadorian label +ambién and was one of the LATAM artists in the “Ladridos” project from the Other People label. She is the founder of Fluid Ecotonalism – a liquid network and series of collaborative workshops translating relation between bodies of water through sound. And they are part of the collective “period music,” “”Abolitionist Jelly”” – a Berlin study group, one-half of “”Las Chismosas””, among other beautiful collabs.

LAMB K305

“Berlin-based Cuban-American artist Lamb, best known for its charged performances, fluctuates between elements of Bass and Noise through a playful arrangement of sample-based pattern making. Lamb K305’s research focuses on redefining body horror into a live sonic experience, pushing audience members to partake in a collective ecstatic exorcism, using its lyrics as an exploration of vulnerability.

Lamb has produced events at esteemed institutions like KV and Volksbühne and released music on labels such as Danse Noire, The Brvtalist, Desktop Pop, Opal Tapes, Ashida Park, and Soul Feeder, in collaboration with XVII, Imaabs, Reelle, and DJ GHEPARD.

Lamb’s debut solo EP, “”Hurricane Ian,”” is a visceral exploration of survival and resilience, blending dark, magic-laced drumbeats, dominatrix allure, and raw, trauma-induced screams. Its narrative journey’s through light and darkness unveils an intricate dance, a testament to Lamb’s prowess in transformation and an ode to the power of art to heal. “

Born in Mexico City and nurtured by Latin America’s vibrant rhythms, sin serif infuses her DJ sets with a unique fusion of sounds. Initially a dancer, the mexican-german DJ and co-founder of Delirio collective discovered her true passion in bass music, drawing inspiration from reggaetón, baile funk, afrobeats, and hip-hop. Her energetic style invites audiences on an immersive journey through club music from Abya Yala and the global south, celebrating culture and movement.

Marina Cyrino

Marina Cyrino is a Brazilian flutist and sound artist based in Berlin, active in the fields of improvisation, composition and performative installations. Her flute playing is shaped by techniques developed through the use of internal amplification. Kaleidoscopic rhythmic movements, the extensive use of objects and balloons attached to the instrument, and the use of disassembled flute parts are other striking elements of her playing. She is a member of the Brazilian experimental music label Seminal Records. Recent releases are “Calisthenics” by the Institute for Certified Nomadic Illicit Sonic Practices (Seminal Records) and “Fuschia Fever” by HIC UP (Al Maslakh Records).

“Kali’s digging moves from electronic sounds, hard latin percussion’s and eclectic noises, moving from techno to club latino, connecting and re embracing roots through electronic sounds from the future.

TEST

“Test is a grindcore band from São Paulo conformed by João Kombi (composition, guitar, vocals) and Thiago Barata (composition, drums). Test is originally known for their guerrilla-style performances outside major metal shows, powered by a generator on board a Kombi van. Since they began playing on the streets in 2011, Test has grown significantly, celebrating their fourteenth anniversary with an impressive portfolio that includes 16 releases—ranging from full-length albums and EPs to split albums with bands from around the world, such as Chepang (Nepal), Cloud Rat and Ixias (U.S.A.), and Struggle Session (China). The band has also produced two feature films, sold over ten thousand records, and played more than eight hundred shows across Brazil, along with fourteen international tours.

In 2015, Test released their second full-length album, “”Espécies,”” which marked a shift in their musical direction. While still rooted in deathgrind, their style began to incorporate elements from other genres, reflecting the spontaneous nature of their compositional process. The band has also experimented with its lineup: originally a duo, Test expanded to a “”big band”” format for select performances, with more than 14 musicians on stage at once, enhancing the varied textures and dynamics of the songs from “”Espécies.””

Currently, Test is on an extensive tour to promote their latest album, “”Disco Normal,”” released in 2023.”

Iggor Cavalera

“Iggor Cavalera is a Brazilian musician best known as the co-founder and former drummer of the thrash metal band Sepultura, alongside his brother Max Cavalera. He is currently the drummer for Cavalera Conspiracy, Soulwax, Petbrick, and other projects. Iggor also co-founded the DJ duo Mixhell with his wife, Laima Leyton, in 2006. Renowned for his hard-hitting, innovative drumming style, he introduced tribal elements to the genre with Sepultura’s album “”Chaos A.D.”” Since the ’80s, Iggor has been known for experimenting with electronic instruments and his main focus, heavy drumming.

Since 2004, Iggor has been performing worldwide at major festivals like Glastonbury, Bestival, and Reading. After moving to London, he joined Soulwax in 2016, contributing to their album “”From Deewee”” and touring as part of “”Transient Program for Drums and Machinery””. He later formed “”Petbrick”” with Wayne Adams, blending noise, electronics, and powerful drumming. Iggor and Laima also built their personal studio, creating original music, remixes, and soundtracks. Recently, Iggor has focused on modular synthesisers, crafting experimental drone music combined with live drumming, and has performed at venues like Cafe Oto and Iklectik in London. His latest releases include “Aural Manifestations” on Damian Records and Deepthroat Records, and “Alucinações Sônicas” on Hospital Productions.”

Miguel Buenrostro

Miguel Buenrostro is a Tijuana-born artist and filmmaker based in Berlin. His work delves into the intersections of art and territory, conceiving the border as a site of knowledge production and interconnection. His mediums include cinema, moving images and sonic interventions in public spaces. Buenrostro has showcased his work in the Biennale Architettura di Venezia (2016) , The Bauhaus Museum, (2018) Musée National de la Rd Congo,( 2021 ) Konsthall C, Stockholm ( 2022) and Museo Casa Lago, CDMX (2024). His films have been held in different international film festivals, exhibitions and Public screenings.

Toccororo

“Toccororo is a DJ and performer who embodies her extensive background in dance and performance. She interacts with the audience and incorporates a wide range of music genres. She’s performed at Sonar, Unsound, Dour Festival, Les Plages Electronic, and Boiler Room at Primavera Sound and was part of the iconic 15th anniversary from PAN.

TOCCORORO’S energetic sets embrace the darkest and most eclectic Latin electronic music (Guaracha, Acid Guaracha, Raptor House, Tribal House, and Aleteo), passing through the Ballroom, the Jersey Club, and the Hard Style.

Her career has been projected internationally, leading to the creation of her first tour, La Boticaria Tour, sharing the booth with artists like TAYHANA, Chippy Nonstop, Hudson Mowake, BAMBII, Safety Trance, Coucou Chloe, Manuka Honey and DJ Florentino, among others.

She curates her own party – CAOTICA – as she did for Primavera Sound and Nitsa.”
